How To Make A Transparent Spray (with pictures)

I've tried the Trolled banner.

The picture's background is transparent, right? And it's a PNG file.

Then I just convert it to WAD file.

I went in CS 1.6. Sprayed. Too small, some words disappeared.
Maybe I didn't do some "graphics" in it.

can tell me how to resize pic to 24x24 without the picture turn to white =.= please.

try using irfanview. its free too you should be able to resize it

If you have Photoshop its easy as ABC.

i'm just using paint.NET

adobe photoshop CS2.

if you got the better version like CS4 it still works the same way like CS2
