-> I'm petitioning for mistrial because this is a total misunderstanding. It is unfair for admin to ban me without proper trial or questioning. I was accused by player 'Cat' for walling at zm_energy map...i believe the case was that i can see zm in the dark at that map without flashlight or ngv goggles. You've probably seen the chat logs and think i'm bullshitting but i can prove it if you give me a chance. At least u guys do a thorough investigation and give the player a chance to explain properly. I'm going to say it again here i can still see 'zm' in the darker compound at zm_energy but not the passage that intersects to the other compound. There are many other players who can shoot zm without flashlight or ngv at the compound. If you truly believe im still cheating after hearing me out then so be it i'll accept your decision. For your info this is 2nd time i get banned from a server for being accused of walling and misjudge by admin. Admin please look through my case again.

PS: Admins do make further investigations before banning, they don't just simply ban when a player suspects a hacker in the server. They take demos, then consult to the main admin before taking further actions.

Yes, i recall emptying 2-3 mags of m249 into the wall of that small building and it hits the zm most of the time. My explanation will be the following for knowing where to shoot without actually seeing the zm but with limitations.

1. All ZMs emit a groaning sound when bullet hit them - even by bullets that penetrate wall like the m249 thus, it gives away their position it tells u that ur 'spraying at a particular spot'
actually hit the zm which leads to further spraying at the same spot. Furthermore when zm get hit they move slower so its easy to group ur spray once you've discovered where the zm is regardless whether there's a wall, a door or obstacle. Try it urself. experiment with 2 ppl if u think im talking cock about this. Pick a silenced m4 and spray a wall where the other zm is positioned at u will hear the groan.

2. The building is relatively small like a 2x2 square. the zm can only stay at the left side of the building as cover because the right side of it has 2 boxes (not in normal zm jumping lenght except for poison) and if the zm decide to go there ppl can see it's legs via the tunnel entrance. So there's only 1 place he can hide which is that small area that can fit no more than 3 people.

3. From gaming experience even if a zm runs to cover - let's say from left (open window) to right (behind a wall) within 0.5 - 1sec. An experienced player knows theres no way the zm can cover more than 10 steps in 1 sec and with a m4 or ppg he will visualize the zm figure even though theres a wall and think 2 steps ahead of where the zm will move and put a few rounds there hoping he gauged correctly and it hits them. This is like dota - right after an enemy has run to cover and dissappear into the fog heroes like 'POTM' will predict it's movement ahead and shoot its arrow trajectory.

4. If you still think im cheating then i will accept ur final decision as i speak of nothing but the truth and i like this server ^_^

I've watched it 4 times already. The video isnt complete it only show me using ppg poking the wall at the beginning which u assume im walling. I saw the zm earlier walk pass which u must have missed that part since u dun have full vid how can i not know where he is, the possibility of him being at a particular area is highly predictable because thats where i would hide if i were a zm. You want to hunt something you have to think like them. I know you guys are just doing your job at keeping cheaters at bay but im telling you im not a damn cheater alright. There's no point me arguing here anymore since i've got no evidence to show u. I propose that you allow me 1 map time of playing and i will record the demo myself and u can ask 1 of ur admin to record at the same time, the map can be the 1 in the file name 'tikus1' or the zm_energy. Then i play 1 full time of 1 map and i show u my demo and u compare and see that i never hack or any shit. Don't worry i wont change my style of play i will still play poke on walls and still hit zm regardless. But the demo from my side will show i never on any hacking program. Please get rid of the biased notion that im a hacker atm - view me as a neutral but see things from a different perspective. I can bet my arse at the end of the day you peeps owe me a big apology :p (no offense).

But u compare my demo with the demo from ur side and see for once u will still see me wall poking and hitting targets without any target tracker (cheat). All i ask is 1 normal duration of a normal map. If i'm cheating I won't freaking spend my time writing for an appeal and do a demo and waste time here but just do my cheat at another zm server. I know this is a lot to ask but please consider :/

You only look at the external factors like if a person manages to predict and hit a target thru a wall several times over and over again it is very likely the player is using wallhack. I understand this is a very common response for admin if they spot behavior like this. What about other factors that counts like player's experience in game, skill which has been trained over a period of time not to mention a bit of luck. The minute you people got that biased mind set and say that theres no way a player can be that good and 'experienced' to tell where the zm are because I've never seen anyone like that in my life. And based on your basic training skills in spotting waller common signs you become boxed in your own views and experience and make a judgement call whether he is hacking or not. This is no different than a stereotype person who sees all indian suspicious people who are thieves, rapists, and gangsters because many crime case that appear on the news says so. Then whatever they do also seem highly suspicious and likely related to crime. So there's no proper way for you to find out if the person is really hacking or not. 1. A period of time? i thought you were a new player to zpm, and it seems like you knew every single bit of ZPM already
2. Why are you relating external psychological factors, we're not psychologist or any sort of graduate students from psychology, nevertheless, those factors are absolutely irrelevant because the demo files is serving its purpose of proving only one thing : which is your hitting a target through the wall, nothing else besides that matters.
3. Your recording a demo whenever you play cs? what can i say about this, a habit of trying to prove people that your not 'hacking' all the time, because your getting accused all the time.

Well, maybe the one who spectated you is kinda like a junior player. So, you may blame him/her. But after some of the admin and other players including me watched the demos, I can't 100% conclude you are hacking using ESP but what I can sure is, walling. You may think that, we all are helping admin team and just to "bodek", but we're not. Talking about experience, I don't think you have enough experience to "accuse" any admins or me low experience on pwning hackers. Maybe you're still newbie in ZPM, so, you don't know who is the real Mr. Experience.

What I want to conclude is, ban him as walling.

PS: No hacker will admit him/her-self as a hacker.
